Growth charts show the exact percentile and z-score for every measurement, calculated the same way as the official WHO and CDC software, with a plain-language result
Growth charts: enter the date of birth and the age is worked out from each measurement date; preterm babies are plotted at corrected age until 2 years
Growth charts: every chart is now plotted exactly on its gridlines (CDC charts are sharper vector charts), and values outside a chart are clearly flagged instead of disappearing
Growth charts: measurements are joined in age order and kept on this device until you close the tab; the saved PDF includes a measurements table
Growth charts: save the measurements with their percentiles to Saved Calcs (measurements only, no patient details)
Oxygenation Index now also works from SpO₂ (OSI and S/F, for when there's no blood gas) and grades severity with the PALICC-2 bands
New in Scoring/Calculators: Weight Estimate, Phoenix Sepsis, PECARN Head, Appendicitis Score, Burns (TBSA and Parkland), QTc, FLACC, COMFORT-B, WAT-1
Phosphate in the electrolyte calculator now uses daily doses by age (neonate, child <25 kg, child 25-45 kg) over 6 hours, with peripheral or central line dilution
Infusions page: new Other Infusions section with dilution and rate for insulin, atracurium, rocuronium, heparin, milrinone, ketamine and PGE1
Saved Calcs shows the full saved result, and tells you if a save didn't go through
You can now delete your account yourself from User Dashboard → Profile, at any time
A short statement for healthcare professionals is shown once and is always available in Profile
Version 2.1.0
October 2026
Drug cards are shorter and easier to read: the card shows the maximum dose, and safety notes are in the full drug page
Calculated doses now line up neatly on every drug card
On computers, the full drug information now fits on the screen
Doses are written more clearly: no extra zeros (25 mg, not 25.0 mg) and one frequency style (Q8H, Daily, PRN)
Every drug was reviewed against the reference and many doses were corrected; reviewed drugs show the green check and a review date
Drug names now show the generic name with the brand most used in Bahrain, e.g. Paracetamol (Panadol)
Search finds a drug by any local brand name sold in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia
Local brands and strengths are listed under Clinical Info → Formulations
