You can delete your PedOTG account at any time, whatever your subscription status — free trial, active, expired or cancelled. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to PedOTG.
- Open User Dashboard → Profile.
- Tap Delete my account, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
Delete your account on the web
Use the button below. You will be asked to sign in and confirm with your password.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, password, profession, institution)
- Your sessions and registered devices
- Saved calculations, quick notes, favourites, layouts and settings
- Your history and activity in the app
What we keep, and why
- Invoices and payment records — kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, and used for nothing else.
- A one-way coded fingerprint of your email address — not your email itself — so the same address cannot start a second free trial. It cannot be turned back into your email.
Deletion takes effect immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.
Can’t sign in?
Email info@pedotg.com from the email address on your account and write “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
